Made from hard winter red wheat and sprouted wheat, this loaf is soft, flavorful and sports a nice crust.

Flavored with herbs and olive oil, this is a Classic Italian Focaccia, the kind you find on the Ligurian coast.

A rustic loaf garnished with French Brie and fresh basil leaves and baked to perfection. The cheese melts and becomes a mouthwatering crust decorating this large bread.

These buttery, flaky and strong shortbread crackers are generously flavored with English Stilton and locally grown Walnuts. They pair well with a sweet chutney or jam. I have been making these for decades.

These are a new flavor combination by request of one of my cousins. I think she wanted to skip the cheese step so that she can sip wine with one hand and snack with the other! Sporting a beautiful French Brie and garden grown rosemary in each cracker.

I import my butter directly from France. Hell, I import my flour as well. The cinnamon is from India. The sugar, pure cane from Hawai'i. These are made with a traditional French croissant recipe, hand formed. Addictive.
